Ready Stock Products
Ready stock products are generally delivered within 7 to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment.
Made-to-Order Products
Made-to-order products generally require 3 to 6 weeks for manufacturing and are typically delivered within 30 to 60 days from the date of order confirmation and payment.
Customers will be notified if additional production time is required for any order.
3. Delays
While Laiton Crafts strives to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Production complexity
- Raw material availability
- High order volumes
- Transport disruptions
- Weather conditions
- External logistics factors
We do not guarantee fixed delivery timelines.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed or communicated during checkout or order confirmation.

6. Risk & Delivery

Laiton Crafts shall not be responsible for delivery failures, delays, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
9. Returns
We do not accept returns for:

- Minor handcrafted variations
- Color differences caused by screen displays
10. Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement
Return or replacement requests will only be considered if:

- Damaged or replacement products will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days after approval of the return or replacement request.
11. Reporting Timeline

- Packaging photographs with unboxing video
- Clear evidence of the issue

- Replace the product
- Provide a partial or full refund
13. Non-Eligible Cases
Claims will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Damage occurred due to improper handling by the customer
- Proper supporting evidence is not provided
- The issue is reported after the allowed reporting period
14. Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, the amount will generally be processed within 7 to 14 working days to the original payment method.
